The staff are excellent, and nothing is too much trouble for them. We have already booked our accommodation for 2025.

We always sleep in the bedroom that overlooks the wasteland at the rear of the apartment block. Unfortunately, we discovered on our most recent visit, that a couple of pigeons decided to roost on the external balcony outsse mer
Two suggestions - if I may.
We always sleep in the bedroom that overlooks the wasteland at the rear of the apartment block. Unfortunately, we discovered on our most recent visit, that a couple of pigeons decided to roost on the external balcony outside of this bedroom - taking up their positions in the early morning - and waking us up regularly with their constant calling. We eventually filled up two large containers, filled with water to weigh them down, and placed one on each side of the wall of the balcony - thus preventing the pigeons being able to use this space to roost - and disturb us every morning. But this solution is potentially dangerous if there were strong winds. Albir Confort might wish to consider cementing some sort of deterrent onto the top of the two areas where the pigeons roost - to prevent them from doing so?? The second comment is outside the control of Albir Confort. We rented a TV Box from Consertel (cost € 60 for three weeks) - but several of the TV Stations advertised by Consertel as being available for viewing were non-existent! We complained to Consertel - but without success! Perhaps Albir Confort could take this up with them? Alternatively, might there be another local TV service supplier that could be licenced by Albir Confort to install their own TV Box service - that provides the channels promised in their advertising?? Just a thought - outside the control of Albir Confort - but would be beneficial to their tenants. |
