General conditions

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

• If the cancellation occurs within 14 days before the check-in date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a penalty.
• If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 59 days before the check-in date, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged as a penalty.
• If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the check-in date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If you voluntarily decide to terminate the services before the end of your stay, there will be no right to a refund or cancellation of incurred charges.

No REFUNDS will be made if the client voluntarily ends the stay before the scheduled departure.

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company may offer the client another accommodation of equal or superior characteristics without any refund from either party.

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data ("LPD"), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the company's files in order to provide and offer our services. You are also informed of your right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose your personal data, with the company being the file manager.
